What happens after you order

Service and support

We are a trading house, not a dealer with a local workshop — so we make the process explicit: what we confirm in writing, how the parts are packed and documented, and who you talk to when something does not fit.

From your enquiry to the machine, step by step

  1. 1. You send the model and the nameplate Machine model, pump or motor nameplate, or a photo. If the machine is newer, a serial number works too.
  2. 2. We confirm the variant in writing Shaft, regulator and control suffix (DT / DTP / DTH / SH) are stated on the quotation - not left to the part number alone.
  3. 3. Price, lead time, freight and payment together One quotation covering goods, packing, freight and terms, so there is no second negotiation later.
  4. 4. We photograph the units before packing Every dispatch is photographed with the part number visible, so you can check what left the warehouse.
  5. 5. Documents travel with the goods Packing list, invoice and certificate of origin; the technical datasheets are on this site as PDF.
  6. 6. Support after the machine is running If a fitment is unclear, send the old part number or a photo - we check it against the same catalogues we used to quote.

Before you ask

The questions that decide most orders are answered here:

Field notes we could check

Sentences we kept from the technical material because they agree with our own catalogue data or with the case-drain procedure we use. Anything we could not check against a catalogue or a manufacturer document was dropped.

  • Pressure, not feel. The K3V / K5V families we stock run at 34.3 MPa rated and 39.2 MPa peak in the common 112 mL/r size - treat any "the pump feels weak" report as a gauge question first (see the diagnosis guides).
  • Case drain before condemning the rotary group. Measure case-drain flow at working temperature before ordering a new assembly: a worn piston and slipper pair is a repair-kit job more often than a whole-unit job.
  • Control suffix decides the fit. DT, DTP, DTH and SH units are not interchangeable on the same machine; the suffix is on the nameplate, not in the machine model number.
  • Oil cleanliness moves the failure mode. Contamination shows up first as spool sticking, pilot-pressure drift and noise, not as a hard break - check the filter and the oil before replacing anything.
  • Torque and clearance come from the manual. We will not publish a torque or clearance figure unless we have the manufacturer document in front of us - ask and we will check the figure for your exact unit.
  • Numbers travel, pictures confirm. Send the stamp on the old part plus a photo; the drawing position and the part number are then checked against the same catalogue page.
