Selection guides

Step-by-step guides for the assemblies that are usually bought as a pair - swing device and travel assembly - plus the model comparisons. Each guide states the measurements that decide fitment, in the order a workshop checks them.

How to use these guides

Each guide is written as a workshop sequence, not as a specification dump. The order matters: the first steps are the ones that are cheap to check and expensive to get wrong.

  1. Start from the nameplate, not from the machine badge. A 20 t class machine can carry more than one pump family depending on the year and the market it was built for.
  2. Record the numbers before you order. Displacement, rated pressure, maximum speed and the control suffix (DT / DTP / DTH / SH) are what the catalogue is indexed by.
  3. Confirm the mechanical interface. Shaft spline, flange bolt circle, pilot diameter and rotation decide whether the assembly fits at all — this is what a photo of the old unit answers fastest.
  4. Match the assembly as a pair where the machine uses one. Swing motor and reduction gear, or travel motor and planetary reducer, are matched on ratio and brake torque, not on displacement alone.
  5. Send the measurement, not the description. A case drain flow, a relief reading or a flange measurement lets us confirm the variant in one reply instead of three.

Guides are compiled from the FLUTEK English catalogue dated 2024-11-25 and from repair cases we handle. Every figure that cannot be verified from the catalogue is marked on the page instead of being estimated.
